By using these apps you agree to these terms. They're meant to be plain and fair.

What you can do

You may use these apps freely for your own music practice and teaching. Teachers may use them with students and may share practice links. The free trainer for the 12 major scales is, and is intended to remain, free to use.

What you shouldn't do

Please don't copy, repackage, resell, or redistribute the apps or their content as your own, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The apps, their design, their interface, the notation and audio they generate, and the underlying teaching approach are the work of Prof. Thomas Hornig and are protected by copyright. Using the apps does not transfer any ownership to you.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. They are a practice aid; they are not a substitute for a teacher, and we don't guarantee they are error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any loss arising from their use.

Changes

These terms or the apps may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the creator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
